Placement Program Terms (Nexorant LLC)

• If Nexorant LLC fails to place the candidate within the committed timeline, the Pre-Placement Fee is refundable upon request, subject to services used.
• Even after a refund, Marketing & Background Clearance support continues, based on the discussion.
• After successful placement, the Post-Placement Fee is payable in 4 easy installments starting from the date of joining.
• The full commission must be cleared within the first 4 months of employment.
• All terms are legally documented under a formal agreement.
• The guarantee period begins from the first day of profile marketing.
